Yalcin Sabanci Seaside Residence
For the residence in Vanikoy Istanbul, owned by Y. Sabanci, it has been planned to execute a basement excavation about 400 sqm (19 m x 21 m) and of a 3,70 m depth. 5.100 m of jet grout columns have been constructed on the seaside whereas 1.200 m of mini piles and 600 injections have been constructed on the landside to provide soil improvement and cutoff. Also for the restoration of the Old Kizilay Building located on the adjacent plot, soil improvement using mini jet grout columns reinforced with steel pipe, have been used.
